Maputo,\u00a0Mozambique <\/em><\/strong>– Le nouveau pr\u00e9sident mozambicain Daniel Chapo a nomm\u00e9 le nouveau Premier ministre et 12 ministres, tous membres du parti au pouvoir, le Frelimo, a annonc\u00e9 vendredi le gouvernement.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sident a nomm\u00e9 la ministre de la Justice Maria Benvida Delfina Levi au poste de Premier ministre, tandis que le ministre de la D\u00e9fense du gouvernement sortant Cristovao Artur Chume a retrouv\u00e9 son portefeuille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plusieurs ministres, dont celui de l’Education, de la Jeunesse et des Sports ne figurent pas encore dans la liste des nominations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel Chapo a \u00e9t\u00e9 investi mercredi lors d’une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie sous forte protection des forces de l’ordre, prolongeant la mainmise sur ce pays d’Afrique australe du Frelimo, le parti au pouvoir depuis un demi-si\u00e8cle, apr\u00e8s l’\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle d’octobre qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 de violentes manifestations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans son discours inaugural, M. Chapo avait affirm\u00e9 qu’un dialogue politique \u00e9tait en cours afin de r\u00e9unifier le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais aucune concession ne semble avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 faite aux membres de l’opposition lors des nominations minist\u00e9rielles annonc\u00e9es vendredi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au moins 307 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es lors des violences post-\u00e9lectorales, dont sept mercredi, le jour de l’investiture de M. Chapo, selon l’ONG locale Plataforma Decide. La police s’est refus\u00e9e \u00e0 commenter les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de mercredi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef de l’opposition Venancio Mondlane, qui affirme avoir remport\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidentielle, a dans un message sur Facebook appel\u00e9 vendredi \u00e0 la paix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il y a un imp\u00e9ratif, il y a une demande pour arr\u00eater toute violence contre la population\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef de l’opposition. \u00ab\u00a0Nous devons arr\u00eater le g\u00e9nocide silencieux qui se d\u00e9roule au Mozambique\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Mondlane a demand\u00e9 au gouvernement d’accorder des indemnisations aux victimes des violences et \u00e0 leurs familles, et \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer les personnes arr\u00eat\u00e9es lors des manifestations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Critiquant l’usage de la force par la police, M. Chapo a indiqu\u00e9 mercredi qu’une structure ind\u00e9pendante avec une supervision civile serait \u00e9tablie pour \u00ab\u00a0mener une enqu\u00eate sur les possibles mauvais comportements attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la police\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
