Conakry,\u00a0Guinea (AFP) – <\/em>Le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Guin\u00e9e a annonc\u00e9 vendredi l’ouverture d’une enqu\u00eate sur l’arrestation d’un journaliste critique de la junte au pouvoir, estimant qu’elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0sans ordres des autorit\u00e9s constitu\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Habib Marouane Camara, qui dirige le site Lerevelateur224, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par des hommes en uniforme mardi soir \u00e0 Lambanyi, dans la banlieue de la capitale Conakry, ont indiqu\u00e9 ses avocats et un syndicat de la presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son arrestation est la derni\u00e8re d’une s\u00e9rie de coups port\u00e9s \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d’expression par la junte, qui s’est empar\u00e9e du pouvoir par un coup d’\u00c9tat en 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le procureur de la R\u00e9publique de Dixinn, dans la r\u00e9gion de Conakry, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir appris par la presse que M. Camara avait \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0par des individus qui arboreraient des tenues gendarmes ou militaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9, le procureur a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0cette arrestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9e sans ordres des autorit\u00e9s constitu\u00e9es et en dehors des cas pr\u00e9vus par la loi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Cela a amen\u00e9 le Parquet \u00e0 requ\u00e9rir la Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ) pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate compl\u00e8te et minutieuse par rapport aux faits d\u2019arrestation arbitraire et de s\u00e9questration de Monsieur Habib Marouane Camara\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute le texte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Camara se rendait \u00e0 un rendez-vous quand un pick-up appartenant aux forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 son v\u00e9hicule, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Syndicat des professionnels de la presse de Guin\u00e9e (SPPG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ses agresseurs ont bris\u00e9 le pare-brise de sa voiture avant de l’emmener de force vers une destination inconnue\u00a0\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 le syndicat, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant l’arrestation comme un \u00ab\u00a0enl\u00e8vement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
