\u00ab\u00a0Le monde doit r\u00e9agir. Pour l’instant, il n’y a pas de r\u00e9action forte\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 M. Zelensky dans un message sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. \u00ab\u00a0Il faut r\u00e9agir. Nous devons mettre la pression. Il faut pousser la Russie \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable paix, qui n’est possible que par la force\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon M. Zelensky, ce tir de missile balistique de moyenne port\u00e9e sur l’Ukraine est la \u00ab\u00a0preuve que la Russie ne veut absolument pas la paix\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il s’agit d’une augmentation \u00e9vidente et s\u00e9rieuse de l’ampleur et de la brutalit\u00e9 de cette guerre\u00a0\u00bb, a poursuivi M. Zelensky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sident russe Vladimir Poutine avait confirm\u00e9 peu auparavant ce tir d’un missile \u00ab\u00a0Orechnik\u00a0\u00bb, une nouvelle arme qu’il a vant\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant imparable. Ce missile n’\u00e9tait pas \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’une charge nucl\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon lui, la frappe a vis\u00e9 les usines du groupe Pivdenmach, qui fabrique notamment des composants pour missiles, dans la ville de Dnipro, dans le centre de l’Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Poutine a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ce tir comme une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 deux bombardements r\u00e9cents men\u00e9s par l’Ukraine du territoire russe \u00e0 l’aide de missiles occidentaux ATACMS et Storm Shadow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Zelensky a lui assur\u00e9 jeudi que l’Ukraine avait \u00ab\u00a0pleinement le droit\u00a0\u00bb d’utiliser ces armes fournies par les Occidentaux contre la Russie, qui a envahi son pays en f\u00e9vrier 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
