Le M23 (\u00ab\u00a0Mouvement du 23 mars\u00a0\u00bb), qui s’est empar\u00e9 de vastes pans de territoires depuis sa r\u00e9surgence en 2021, m\u00e8ne depuis plusieurs jours une offensive dans la province du Nord-Kivu (est), en direction de la localit\u00e9 de Pinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernorat militaire du Nord-Kivu a assur\u00e9 que les forces arm\u00e9es de la RDC (FARDC) \u00ab\u00a0observent loyalement\u00a0\u00bb le cessez-le-feu et que le Rwanda \u00ab\u00a0profite\u00a0\u00bb de cette situation \u00ab\u00a0pour s’emparer de certaines localit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, dans un communiqu\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 jeudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir conquis la ville de Kalembe le 23 octobre, les rebelles du M23 ont continu\u00e9 leur offensive et se sont empar\u00e9s de plusieurs localit\u00e9s sur la route menant \u00e0 Pinga, fief d’une milice pro-Kinshasa et l’une des rares agglom\u00e9rations \u00e0 disposer d’une piste d’atterrissage dans une r\u00e9gion r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses gisements miniers, selon des sources locales et s\u00e9curitaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celles-ci ont affirm\u00e9 \u00e0 l’AFP que des FARDC ont pris part \u00e0 des combats \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de Pinga aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des \u00ab\u00a0Wazalendo\u00a0\u00bb, surnom qui englobe une n\u00e9buleuse de milices pro-Kinshasa en premi\u00e8re ligne face au M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Depuis le matin il y a des affrontements entre FARDC, Wazalendo et M23\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 jeudi \u00e0 l’AFP une source militaire \u00e0 Pinga, sous couvert de l’anonymat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des affirmations confirm\u00e9es \u00e0 l’AFP par plusieurs sources locales, qui indiquent que des renforts FARDC sont \u00e9galement arriv\u00e9s dans la zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le bilan de ces affrontements n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Angola, m\u00e9diateur dans la crise entre Kinshasa et Kigali, avait d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 dans la foul\u00e9e de la prise de Kalembe \u00ab\u00a0une violation flagrante\u00a0\u00bb du cessez-le-feu par le M23 et un \u00ab\u00a0acte hostile, qui met en p\u00e9ril les efforts en cours pour trouver une solution durable au conflit\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La France avait \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 vendredi la \u00ab\u00a0poursuite des offensives du M23\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
